lol - I went to Walmart tonight, and it seems that they have the same understanding of a rain check that I do!!
They were very apologetic that they did not hold one for me, and told me that one was busy been transported from a store in OH to Richmond, and that I should have it by tomorrow, or Saturday at the latest
Maybe I should tell them I can't afford it when it arrive (bwahahaha ) |

You still didn't adress the issue of the Shimmies (even though I'm STILL not one of them). _________________

hmm...then Wal-Mart is retarded, wulfe.
anyway....if you wanna take them to court, gimme 2 more years.
p.s. wal-mart is one of the most litigated companies b/c they have a policy of never settling their claims.....and they're idiots. _________________

If you see those guys again trying to take what you want, ram them with a shopping cart. _________________

I also hate Wal-Mart... I live in what some may call a small hick town... about 16,000 people... Wal-Mart is the only store around that sells stuff like game consoles and video games (apart from a CD Plus [mostly music] and a Source [by Circut City] and even if they did have them, it'd be a 5% mark-up over Wal-Mart...) so I'm pretty much forced to buy my electronics there. I would love for an EB Games or a Best Buy to come into town... but fat chance of that happening anytime soon...
EDIT: I forgot to add that I tried to get a Wii for the better part of 2 weeks and bupkis! I'm now holding off until after Christmas (I'm asking for one for X-mas... I hope I get it!) _________________

That South Park defines my feelings for the Great Satan itself, and for a price, I'm wondering if the Shimmies will smash the mirror inside Wal-Mart . _________________

Henry Ford: "I pay my workers a fair wage so that they can afford to buy my automobiles."
Walmart: "We pay our workers just enough so that they're thankful for the work, but can't afford to shop anywhere else."
And it is in this way that Sam Walton took over the entire economies of small town after small town, making billions off of the misfortune of America's poor, until his retail business grew into to monolith that is is today... one that can dick over consumers such as wuLFe with impunity as long as they keep selling dish detergent for $3.88 instead of $3.99.

Well - I finally got my systems last night - truly broke now though (and I have a mortgage payment coming up )
Anyhow, I didn't pick up any games along with the purchase (heck, they literally escorted me to my car after picking up the systems to prevent people from harassing me or downright demanding I hand over the systems)
Any ideas on what is a good PS3 game to get? I've heard "Resistance" rocks, and am tempted to go for that - might hold off for a while though! |
