opening GH:WT .xen files

Is there a program that opens these files like on guitar hero 3?
Could anyone give me a link if there is

As far as I know,
They can't be opened yet, Im not sure though
You're gonna have to wait for someone reliable to post

.xen is just the platform suffix, the "valid" extension is the first one.
