|
|
When playing fast/long hi-hat songs, is it normal to have soreness centered in your bicep/inner elbow area, or is that a sign of bad technique. I play on a Guitar Hero set if the height has any influence on that.
Any comments/advice are appreciated. _________________

I'm guessing it's fine since it just means you are working out? _________________

I understand that I'm going to get sore but I just wasn't sure if that was a normal spot because mainly people say their forearms are burning or something and I want to make sure I'm not doing something wrong.
Thanks for the response though. _________________

You should be fine. When I first started playing with WT my forearms were the part that hurt, but I used too firm of a grip and my arms a lot. As I started playing harder/faster stuff I had to learn a better grip, use my wrist more, relax my arms etc. The more you play the less you'll notice it. |
