Just discuss here any songs or song parts that scare you. And yes, Screamo and Death Metal songs are allowed.

I got to say, no songs completely scare me (not that I can think of at the moment), but the part in Blackened by Metallica where the lyrics are:
Metallica wrote:
See your mother (see your mother),
Put to death,
See your mother die
sends chills down my spine. Just the image produced in my head scare me. It also has to do with the way it's sung and played.

So, ScoreHero, what song or song sections creep you out?

Don't forget tons of other BTBAM songs with surprise beginnings: Ad a Dgulgmut (Probably the scariest), Backwards Marathon (Maybe it's this one), Decade of Statues, and Ants of the Sky (to an extent).

And also, the entire song "Black Sabbath" by Black Sabbath creeps the shit out of me. Especially Ozzy's moans at the end of the verses.

You forgot Roboturner!

And most of The Dillinger Escape Plan's songs can be scary if they randomly play on your iPod <_<.

You're all going to think I'm extremely nerdy, but listen to this (don't look at the comments, it'll probably ruin it) and just wait for it. Creeped the shit out of me the first time i heard it.

Roboturner scared the shit out of me when I heard it for the first time the other day, lol. Selkies' robotic vocals are pretty creepy too.

"Scissors" by Slipknot was pretty scary when I heard it for the first time. That being said, I was 13 <_<

Slaves Shall Serve by Behemoth.
It's an awesome song, but going straight into fucking brutal vocal mode scared the bejesus out of me.

Yeah, I guess I forgot about Roboturner lol.

Oh yeah, and some Slipknot songs are pretty creepy. Poke mentioned Scissors, then there's Iowa, Skin Ticket, and Gehenna which are also pretty creepy.

There's been many a time where I've been woken up by the likes of Panasonic Youth. Fuckin' ipod touches randomly playing shit.

Tons of great music out there with a spooky, unsettling vibe, but it's damn hard to musically pull off "scary."

On the studio version of Frank Zappa's "Brown Shoes Don't Make It", there's a part where the music inexplicably and jarringly segues into this very loud, disgusting squelch/grunt noise which the lyrical transcription so adequately onomatopoeizes as "Hratche-plche / Hratche-plche / Hratche-plche / Hratche-plche."

I can't even say if it was intended to be scary, but the first time I listened to that album it was late at night, I was wearing headphones, and beginning to drift off to sleep (no really, it's a great album!), and that part gave me such a jolt and sustained some genuine terror for a few seconds. Still hate to listen to it because of that, but it's no longer scary.

With that anecdote out of the way, these are the overall creepiest songs I know of:

White Noise - Love Without Sound
Mr. Bungle - The Bends

The only thing that part makes me think about is what a juvenile, awkward, and uncreative lyric it is. More distracting than anything.

That song is pretty nuts high. John Lennon was certainly an interesting guy.
