GH3 mental block?

I can't understand why I play so much better on WoR than on GH3. In WoR, I have 63/93 5*'s and 10 FC's. In GH3, I have 37/70 5*'s and 1 FC (Closer). Just ONE of my eleven Guitar Hero FC's has been in GH3. On top of that, I miss stupid stuff in GH3 that I probably wouldn't in WoR, and I can hit stuff in WoR that I probably couldn't in GH3, and I'm starting to think that I may have a mental block when it comes to GH3. If so, how do I overcome this?

It might be the way you read and hit notes. In GH3 you pretty much need to hit everything early, whereas post GH:Metallica this is frowned upon greatly.
Try adjusting hyperspeed and changing characters. I generally play with Casey Lynch or Judy Nails, they seem to have the best fretboards for me.

Also, don't strum hammerons. GH3 does not like this.

There's something weird with GH3's timing window compared to WoR. Set your lag to 30/30 and see what happens.

GH3 doesn't have audio calibration (except with ghtpc)
