Guitar Hero 3 [PC] Lighting events/ triggers

Does anyone know how you can edit the events in Guitar Hero so that there are switches between lightings for example, GH2 has lighting(flare), blackout, band_jump, etc.

I was reading about this a while ago, i think there is a midi events page somewhere, it has a legend of what all the midi tracks/pitches do, i don't think there is that many for GH3 though, i don't know if thats of any help to you?
