I haven't watched a WM since 22 but I have to admit that this year's lineup seemed pretty weak. Albeit, I have no clue who even half the roster is anymore, it just didn't sound appealing like most WMs do.

Even though people saw it coming, I'm happy Taker didn't lose

That's about all he has going for him anymore since he really is getting up there in years.

Fun fact, my favorite WM is WM3. And yes, I watched it the year it happened

Though when HHH did the tombstone I went friggin teary eyed at the thought of HHH winning and being the one to end the streak. Sorry I just dont think he should be the one to do it if anyone but I would love for the streak to last forever

Also Snooki's chunky as was more athletic than I thought and I know Im not alone on that statement

Am I the only one who was totally underwhelmed by the entire event? None of the matches lived up to their hype, Taker/HHH was extremely boring and just descended into a finisher-fest with no purpose since it was clear from the beginning HHH was never going to win, Morrison and Ziggler were predictably wasted and Bryan/Sheamus didn't even make it onto the television card?

Pretty happy I didn't pay for it, although it'll be interesting to see where Rock/Cena goes, maybe Rock will actually follow through with what he said about wanting to do a couple more matches after WM, Rock vs Cena would be a potentially massive main event at Summerslam.

I'm surprised no one is talking about how good Punk/Orton was. The psychology in that much was fucking spot-ON, not to mention some of the little things that pushed it towards greatness...Punk's facial expressions mostly.

But i would like to echo the sentiment that we didn't get to see the 20 minute masterclass Danielson and Sheamus could have put on in order to see Snooki flop about and an 8 man tag match that defined filler so perfectly the WWE should be writing for Chambers.

Wow, Wrestlemania match set right after XVII and 363 days before XVIII? This is gonna be good.

Not to mention this might be a pretty good contender as a dream match, too.

Also, glad to see Sheamus retain, though I'm curious as to how he kept it at Wrestlemania. And what an entrance for Sin Cara, too!

Micheal Cole was an ass, as always, but it was a fine thing to see JR again in the commentator's seat.

Good things for Randy and Mysterio, and for John Morrison. I can already see rematches from WM going to Extreme Rules.

Woulda been interesting to see Christian v. Edge at Extreme Rules.

Also, I'm seriously hoping to see an Iron Man match either here or at Over the Limit. Miz vs. whoevers the no.1 contender, perhaps?

He will be missed in the WWE. And just when E&C was about to kick back into high gear!

Also, I must note the ironic echo in what Edge said to Del Rio "Destiny can change in an instant!" Edge's destiny certainly changed in an instant, from defending his championship at Extreme Rules to being forced to give it up this Friday.

On Raw, R-truth's finally getting a push to a main event championship. Sucks for Miz. He's earned respect, that's for sure, but I still want to see him drop the title.

Not sure how to take Eve's comment about the Divas. Certainly she would be soured by the Bella twin's attitude over the past few weeks, but there are people like Natalya and Gail Kim who aren't just there for the championship, though they are rooting for it.

I wonder if the Corre's gonna break up. Wade's falling back on blaming everyone but himself, yet it wasn't him who got them the win tonight.
