Even though this is one of my best songs, during the second part of the first solo, when the notes speed up, I barely get any of those notes. I was hoping for suggestions to help me. I use alternate strumming, so that is not my problem. |

Okay, even I barely get any of those notes. Don't worry about them and focus on everything else. |

Still, on a lucky day I get about 5-10 of them.

something i always try to do is slow the song down in my mind, trying to turn the bits into sections, three quick notes i combine or as you see fit, just keep thinking like oke here's the solo and there's these and these sections, just keep practicing on those sections, it's what did the trick for me on some difficult solos because they can seem overwhelming, but don't take my word for it, i can't even 4 star BatM :p |

The #1 score on scorehero involves missing the majority of the solo. I recommend working on full-comboing the beginning of the song to boost your score. Otherwise, use the VGS player and see the pattern and hope that your brain can process that fast and that electricity moves from the guitar to the ps2 faster. |

That was basically what I was getting at.
Another thing: I found that in a lot of other solos, I was rushing my strumming. However, for BatM, the notes go by so fast that I seem to get more notes when I strum stupid-fast as opposed to trying to keep some sense of time. So, move your fret-fingers along with the pattern, and just strum like hell if you really want to hit those notes. |

Those two measures at the end of the first solo are the fastest notes in the game by a significant margin IIRC.
Maybe someday, but I don't think anyone is even close to comboing that part. _________________

Well, considering that that solo probably accounts for 2.5 of the 3 missing % in my best run, I think you're right. |
