Streaming desktop to Ustream; help please!

I'm getting ready to move in the next week and I'm going to have really good internet. So I think I might try to stream some customs every now and then (I don't have a camera to stream console games). But I'm having difficulty finding an answer as to how to stream your desktop onto ustream. So maybe those that actually stream customs and screen only would like to pipe in here and help me out.

I don't think I'll have an issue with lag. My computer runs pretty decently with GH3 and the internet I'll have is really good, so just give me the basics to start running. If I experience lag issues, then I'll look into modifiers and what not to help out. Thanks!

Check out XSplit. Not sure if it will work with UStream, but I know a lot of pro gamers use it to stream to own3d.tv and Twitch.tv

You can always use manycam, it should be somewhere online. It has an annoying logo on the bottom but I know there's a way to turn that off.

I'll second XSplit. I've livestreamed a few times, and that's definitely the way to go. The other option is FLME, but it's a little more in depth.

I'd also recommend twitch/justin.tv over ustream.
