Making Achievement Lists for Retro Games

Earlier today, I watched a review of Metal Gear Solid HD Collection and saw the "Problem Solved, Series Over" trophy being unlocked. I thought it was a clever way of updating an event in an older game with an additional reward, and I thought of how this idea could be implemented in other previous-gen games.

For this thread, try to create full Achievement/Trophy lists for games of previous generations. These lists can add up to either 200GS or 1000GS. For example, here is mine for Luigi's Mansion for the GameCube:

You Suck - Capture all 10 ghosts in the Poltergust 3000 training exercise (10)
Worth the Wait - Find the sound designer's hidden song (15)
Clearly Off-Duty - Talk to Toad in all of his locations throughout the house (5)
I'm Blue - Capture a Speedy Spirit (25)
Crawling With Money - Capture a Gold Mouse (25)
Little Gems - Collect 1 Diamond, 1 Red Stone, 1 Blue Stone, and 1 Green Stone (10)
One Man's Trash - Find the Red Diamond hidden in the mansion (50)
In Bloom - Give the baby plant some water (10)
Karat Top - Feed the plant completely! (40)
I See Dead People - Use the Game Boy Horror to scan a Portrait Ghost (5)
...And You Want to Keep It? - Capture a Portrait Ghost (15)
Bookworm - Read "E. Gadd's Guide to Ghosts" (5)
Nap Time - Capture Chauncey (30)
Chamber of Secrets - Find the Hidden Room (35)
BOOm Goes the Dynamite - You unleashed the Boos! (10)
Visionary - Meet Madame Clairvoya (5)

(This is an interesting idea though, and I may try it for real later. Halo CEA is similarly updated, although some of the achievements are for things that weren't in the original game, the skulls and terminals)

Two things:

One: XBLA games now have an upper limit of 400gs without DLC. (Minecraft is the most notable of these new games)

Two: the lower XBLA limit should only be used for really old games that have low content, like the original Super Mario Bros. (If someone makes a list for that that does not have something for beating the game in under like 10 minutes I'll be disappointed.) Even something seemingly big like Link To The Past is actually quite simple, although I suppose you could have achievements for each dungeon. (And perhaps beating Blind without taking damage? :p)

It's really the newer games with their stupid amounts of content that deserve the 1000gs, but there's only so many between when that started to happen and the instatement of achievements/trophies. (SM64 would be a great candidate, but don't limit yourself to just what the game wants you doing.)

I might consider doing Halo 2 even though there's technically a list for the PC version. (Fable: The Lost Chapters as well, maybe.)

I'm planning on making lists for Viewtiful Joe (PS2 version, so there will be Dante), the Ratchet & Clank games, some Megaman games, the original Ape Escape, Spyro 3: Year Of The Dragon, Super Metroid, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Crash Bandicoot (1, 2, and CTR), and maybe a few others.
