submit song error

i need help with this!! i'm trying to submit a new custom chart.it is called black betty by spiderbait. i put in the song name, album, etc. but there's one problem i need help with. whenever i get to the "file url" part, and i copy the directory to where my chart is and paste it into the box, then i click submit song and it says invalid chart url. does anyone knows how to fix this or what to do??
