Slight lag on TV

Hi all, I upgraded my 32" to a 40", but I noticed there is some slight lag when playing. I didn't recognize this on the 32", but I definitely recognize it on the 40".... they're both Samsung LEDs. Anyway, I tried to self-calibrate, but I just can't seem to get it right. Slow songs are fine - I can hit all the chords and whatnot, but once I try to play a tough song with fast solos, I tend to miss a lot of notes and I know it's because of the lag. Any help? Are there any known pre-set calibrations that anyone knows about? Thanks
