I have had customs for week now but I cant seem to alt tap Ascending triplets i tried practising them on pacman wizard. Can anyone give me any suggestions.

Try One by Metallica on GH3, at lower speeds and more hyperspeed than usual. Whatever method you want to use, practice is the key.

I am having trouble keeping a combo, I can do it on slowest and slower but i cant on slow

Well... keep trying? It took me almost a year to FC One for a reason...

I don't mean to sound like a douche but in this case practicing more and more seems to be your best bet...

yeah dude, alt tapping triplets is one of the hardest techniques that is worthwhile to learn in fc'ing the on disc songs. possibly the hardest. i never even bothered because you really only need it for one, and even then that's possible without alt tapping. my best was -5 on solo a on ghm (in practice mode, full speed) without alt tapping (just regular tapping). to me i don't see the point in learning a technique for two songs (technically one song twice) while i could just use the time to fc other songs. especially since one would still not be easy even if i could alt tap triplets.

i suppose it's necessary though for a lot of those customs.
