Im trying to add another tier in downloads with the control panel and when I go to add > tier > new it will add the tier in. However when I add songs to the second tier and load the game, I can see the first tier and the songs in that tier and I can see the second tier, but the songs do not show up. Why?

nvm. When you create a new tier it sets unlocked to 0. Was overlooking. Thanks anyway.
