Name any song; setlist,bonus, etc, with uncommon note combos.
Two I can think of are dead! On gh2 with a gbo chord, and raining blood on sh with a 5 note chord. There's also a few with gyo chords like cathedral

A few I can think of off the top of my head are:

--GO in Radium Eyes (GH2)
--GBO in The Way It Ends (GH3)
--RYBO in I'm The One (GHVH)
--GRYB in Joe Perry Guitar Battle (GH:A)

I can't think of any that have:

--GRO
--GRBO
--GYBO
--GRYO

There's loads of GO'S

Another one I can think of is the gryb in the rhythm guitar part of go that far (multiple) and I think there's one at the end of master of puppets

There are some

If you include extended sustains, mean street has a lot of GRYOs, wings of a butterfly has a GRYO iirc, little guitars and Epic have a GRO, a lot of songs have extended GRYBs and RYBOs (Santeria, hotel california, love is a battlefield, mr Crowley, guilty pleasures, sacrifice, etc)
In terms of GBOs there's the obvious TWiE & dwedfn, photograph (live), famous last words and carcinogen crush also have them (not so well known) and master of puppets has an extended one I'm fairly sure. A lot of songs have GYO chords, such as ttfaf and hoot. Stricken & outshined are the only songs to have a straight up GRO chord, and there's the obvious GRYB chord in jpgb, go that far rhythm and master of puppets, as well as one in tourniquet, which is not so well known. I'm the one has an RYBO at the end and of course raining blood has the GRYBO at the end.

Dead! (GH2 360 exclusive) has a few

chords.

If you wanna count extended sustains like Rob mentions, there's that open

extended sustain in The Infection (WoR DLC) bass chart.
