World Tour Vocals question

I make so many posts for help lol :s

anyways
for world tour vocals, how is an "FC" determined? because i played no sleep til brooklyn which is all talkies, got all of the notes hit and kept my streak, but said 99% in the final results screen. Is it something having to do with more stats? thanks

FCs in GHWT on vocals simply need the max possible streak, a "Full Combo". 100% is not needed.
