Please Help!

Please for the love of god can someone help me.
I just want to play guitar hero 3 with my ps3 guitar but it wont work. i've tried everything joy2key xpadder but it wont work in songs.

For some reason it works flawlessly in the menus and but as soon as i start a song it is all messed up. pressing the green button on guitar will activate orange in the song. Pressing the orange button will activate red.
I've been struggling with this for like, half a year and i cant find anything online so please can any one help

specs: my pc is fine, guitar= ps3 guitar hero warriors of rock

the same happens to me when using a RB guitar.
