Welcome to my thread, where I do guitar hero full game 5 stars and other stuff.

Accomplishment Timeline

18th March 2024: GHVH Eruption 5 Starred.
13th March 2024: GH3 Impulse FC'ed.
12th March 2024: GH3 Stricken and The Metal FC'ed.
21st December 2023: GH2 BARK AT THE MOON FC.
24th November 2023: GH2 Tier 5 - 8 + Jordan 5*ed.
23rd November 2023: GH2 Tier 1 - 4 + 9 Bonus 5*ed.
29th June 2023: GH3 Fully 5 Starred.

I spent 2 hour grind for Hot for Teacher. i ended up getting a 400ns and still got 4 stars. I Hate This Song.

The main issue with me grinding this is actually getting the games, as i have nearly all the 360 games but my 360 strum bar is broken. unless i wanna play with a dpad im stuck on ps2 or wii. thing is i only have gh3 on ps2 and no wii guitars.

so after getting every ps2 game i can finally start the grind, issue is im on ps2 and those versions are piles of shit.
im playing GHSH and the taps and strums are the same texture wise lmao.

i found out the GHSH ps2 engine is really lenient at least for hopos and taps, strumming is probably the worst in series imo. i should hopefully get used to the strumming once i get to the final tier.

I 5 starred all of tier 1, 2 and half of 3 and also made some progress on the harder songs (passing ttfaf first try and learning raining blood quads)

I guess fixing the strumbar on your 360 is not an option ? Is it overstrumming ? It it is, you can maybe take a look inside and put something there to not overstrum.

So i got stuck on unsung for a day. 5 starred it today. i was finally able to continue the ghsh grind and beat

Funniest thing about this is how i 5 starred cult of personality first try but spent 10+ attempts on unsung.

So close to the FG5*!

IMO PWM is contentious with RaBL as the 2nd or 3rd hardest 5*. It just depends on which kind of fretting and strumming you're better at. You could argue Psychobilly is also in there, but I personally can scrape enough of a combo throughout to consistently get 5*'s most of the time. CiaM and FB are definitely the easiest of those six, for sure.

You can do it! Same for the other games, whenever you manage to get a hold of them.

So I ordered a Wii guitar for Clone Hero and made the realization I could actually continue the GH FS5* thanks to certain homebrew and from now on I will be doing every game on wii, excluding GH1, GH2, 80's and GH3. the reason for this is that USB loading on ps2 sucks ass.

I've started grinding GH3 so i can get used to console again (probably the worst port to pick to get get used to) and got tier 1 and 2 and a close run of One (good Score but failed at Fast Solo B).

As soon as the wii guitar arrives (on the 11th)I will be grinding the SHIT out of WOR [/i]
