This has turned into the ultimate band geek topic.
Officially, I play trombone. During the second semester I double as a mallet percussionist (xylophone, marimba, etc.). I also know how to play baritone, tuba, trumpet, flute, clarinet, sax, drums, piano... pretty much everything except guitar (blasphemy, I know).

This man speaks the truth. |
Yes he does. I just can't wait until concert season because that's when I get a fancy new trombone (yay!). |

Cool, krim, that's versatility if i ever saw it...do you think you're going to go to school or conservatory for music or performance eventually? _________________

Ok, that might win the award for greatest thing ever. :P
Sounds like you know your way around a band class, though. Me? I knew how to irritate the fuck out of people with the violin, piss people off with the flute and clarinet, play Turkish March on the piano and NOTHING ELSE(not kidding), and boy can I play the trumpet. |

Wow, and I thought I was proficient at instruments.
Jazz trumpet is one of the greatest things ever, and I was 1st Chair Trumpet, so I got all the awesome above-the-staff solos. _________________
