Also, one other factor is, if we need multiple rooms in a hotel, I wont be able to pay for it all up front..... I only make so much per month :P _________________

lol mikey pwns vocals
The hotel worked ok last time but space was pretty tight. (ok so we managed to get 5 people round one guitar I spose.) Throw in a drum kit plus crazy vocal antics while everyone is trying to read note charts off the same tiny screen and I just can't see it working unfortunately.
Also the noise of people playing RB is much louder than playing GH and while the last one was pretty considerate, hotels may draw the line at playing plastic drums (which are loud!) and singing all night long.
Ideally we need a large venue with no noise restrictions which is cheap and easy to get to. Not much to ask................ _________________

I could possible host it at mine, my room alone is big enough for at least 2 sets of rock band lol!
But it depends if people can be bothered to take the trip to Devon! _________________

Nice.
I'd offer my place, but I won't be at uni come summer. Well, I'm not there now either, so yeah. I guess I could see what happens when I'm back there in October, the people I'm gonna live with probably won't care if I have a bunch of people round, but whether or not the flat is big enough will be another story. If it's anything like the one I was in this year then it won't be big enough to swing a small cat, let alone a plastic guitar.
Incidentally, I don't really care which of those dates we go for, though it's probably worth mentioning that the 16th/17th is just a couple of days before my birthday so I might end up getting dragged out or something. _________________
