*Sigh* My path was right except for the 3 in the beginning, I'm a moron for (not) missing that.... |

Upon discovering that I am minus a PS2 for at least several days, I decided just to number-crunch the difference between the two Elephant Bones paths. Ignoring the 3 missed notes at the beginning (since this is the same in both paths), my path loses 14184 points (including multiplier), and missing 53 at the end (hitting the last chord) loses 13042 points, according to my quick calculations. I'm really surprised, then, that my score was the highest in AAA1 if there is that much of a difference between the paths. It's possible I messed up somewhere in my calculations, and also the hold points listed on the note charts tend to be on the low side, so the actual difference is probably smaller. _________________

Nice, I didn't think about switching it up to hit that last chord hold. I don't see how there can be a path better than that. That would have given a 556 note streak, which no one had.
Overall I like these <x% twists, but I think it should be a lower percentage or a song with more notes. It's not as interesting when you can put all the misses in two sections. |
