I think all of these are extremely doable. Arterial Black is an FC that a lot of people don't get until they have 50 FCs. And nothing on 80's Hard is harder than AB. Band Hero Bass is by far the easiest bass FGFC to get. Can't speak for vocals, but all of these guitar/bass based goals are well within your range.
