As far as I can tell, DrSham's path is close, but just eyeballing it, you do need to move the 2nd activation back one note. Other than that, offhand I'm not sure what else I'm missing... I had a different activation on the last one, but after counting it up, my activation has the same points as the path above, so *shrug*

But yeah, that one activation change lets you get an extra note + ticks instead of just hold points.
