Fixed.

To explain, this occurs in rare cases when certain queries (but not all) fail to update everything upon submission and things get out of sync resulting in 0th place scores (as are often reported here). In this case there was a 0th and a 2nd, but no 1st, so the Top Scores page did not recognize any 1st place score submitted until the ranks were recalculated.
