TD-9 Issues

I have a TD-9 that I use for RB/GH. When I'm playing RB I have no problems at all. When I switch to GH however, I need to map something to MIDI 49 for the Orange note. No matter what I map, be it my CY-8's, PD-85, PD-85 rim, etc. It always goes off when I hit something else. Ive tried lowering the sensitivity, messing with the crosstalk feature, but nothing seems to help. Anyone have any suggestions?
