Well, after readin the speed run thread I realised a lot of you are familiar with the hacking side of OoT. I was wandering who has done/attempted the "Uber Challenge", as made by Manocheese.

I tried it a few years back and got stuck on the cucoo jump. I tried for eight hours or something, did it once but got caught by the guards.

BUT, I tried again yesterday and have done it! Now I'm on the shadow temple early glitch, which I have done before.

So, anyone done it or tried? I'll have it done in a week or two, depending how much I play it.

For those of you who don't know what I'm on about, go here.

I got past the cucco jump once, but then couldn't do the quicksand backwalk.

Currently stuck on the cucco jump.

Wow, i was just looking at the Uber Challenge FAQ, and I had no idea Ocarina of Time had so many crazy glitches.
I definitely wouldn't have the patients to do that.
I'll just play OOT the regular way

It's a really glitched up game.

I just did the 3 hearts and no heart piece part, but none of the other stuff. It's crazy, the hardest glitch I can pull off is attempting to seam walk the Graveyard walls, in which I made it halfway through and got really pissed =P.

Its the exact same game, just the controls would be slightly different because you have to use the GC or Classic controller.

I am playing through Master Quest now. It is much harder than the original, but not that hard. I want to see the two combined. Zelda: OoT-uber Master Quest

Master Quest is basically OoT, but with tougher enemies, more enemies, and more complex dungeons. I would reccomend it to any fan. This thing seems impossible. I will probably never try it.

I wonder if one of these exists for Twilight Princess.

What about the temples are different? Are they completely redone or just a few different puzzles here and there?

Well, I'm way out of practice but I've just gotten past the cucco jump. Surprisingly it took me very few tries to get it :P
I haven't been playing all out though. Maybe an hour or two a day. Plus the fact that the N64 version is significatly slower than the GC version. Especially on a release day console .
