Wow, the second "intro" part is so completely out of sync.... I'll probably ask my wife to have the remote ready and mute the TV at that part so I can more easily follow the notes and not the music.

Yeah, it's a shame. After about three or four times, I was able to figure out how my strum rhythm sounded going back and forth with the guitar track, and it's just slightly ahead of the beat. Actually, the look on my face at that point is quite funny because I really get intense and focused trying hard not to mess up...I'm not sure how that got past QA, to be honest.

I used 3,2,2 to get 6th but I dont think that's an optimal path.

2, 2, 1, 2?

That 1 is exactly 7.5 beats but I think it'd be really hard to hit that...I sure as hell can't do it...anyone?

It's only 7 beats. 6 on the OY sustain and 1 on the B sustain with a 1/2 beat rest in between.

Looking at the chart, I don't see a better way to use all 7 phrases and I don't think skipping a phrase somewhere is better, either. *shrugs*

3-2-2 requires whammying just enough extra SP from phrases 4 and 5 to get exactly 5 measures of SP for the 2nd activation so you also get the 6th SP phrase.

If there's somthing better, I can't see it.

I used the path in Legleg's video and with a couple of messups still got 240k. It's 2-3-2, IIRC, and you have to activate the 3 right after getting it (don't whammy the chord and then use it).

I found the correct path today netting me 2nd place, but it's not 2-3-2.

NIN's cryptic tease leaves us all in suspense..................

OK IF you could get an activation from sp 5 (7 beats but if you were able to get an extra 1/4 beat whammy out of the 2 holds it could be possible)(people have claimed to have done it and I got no reason to doubt them) a path of 2-2-1-2 would kick ass at about 211 sp notes.

So looking at non exceptional whammy skill pathes you got...
2-3-2 ???? is this even possible? 3 sp's is 6 measures and I only see 5 3/8 measures between last note of sp5 and sp6.

2-3 would skip over sp6 and is around 158 sp notes total

3-2-2 is a very ergonomic path and gets around 173 sp notes.

But if I'm not mistaken (don't snicker too much)

2(1)-2-2 is the way to go with 195 notes
2 - Start on the BY chods of meas. 47, plays over sp3
2 - Whammy what you need to get everything between sp5 and 6 and act. during last hold note opf sp5. Whammy about 5 beats of sp 4
2 - after the break

My usual I could be wrong caveat applies

2-2-2 is the best one.
