To anyone wondering how to get that Echelaresque score of 220k, I'm pretty certain this is the path:
1. 2, whammy the holds in the next phrase and activate before the three BO chords (those whammies are worth 1200 points or something)
2. 1, activate during the yellow hold, better early than late, getting it nailed to wear off just on the next SP hold is an art
3. 1, activate right away (this is an annoying whammy, as you probably know, though it's worse on medium)
4. 2, activate right away
5. 2, activate at the YO chords
6. 2, activate at the third RY chord
I haven't been able to do this fully yet, since I usually mess up that one whammy. I've got 212k once, and there I accidentally activated SP #5 immediately, which cost at least 6-7k points. |

Are you sure its humanly possible to get that Whammy? I even got a mate to do the whammy while i strummed to make absolute sure we'd get it, but no... ah well.
In the end I just modified your path and made 6th place. I did that whammy the best I could then took the next two SP paths and activated immediately... |

Yeah, it's doable, it's just annoying... About a third of the time I hit the notes too late to whammy fully, another third my whammy bar sucks and the rest I hit the thing. |

Ah right so you actually have to hit the note as early as possible as well One of these days I'll give that a try thanks |

That path is the correct one. The secret really is all in the whammying. You have to nail them all. The only change I made to tpalkki's path was moving the last activation up one note on the 'G' instead of RY. That way it will end right at the last BO chord. |

GRRRR...i slightly modified that path and got used to nailing that tough 3rd whammy. But I went on and missed one note in an easy pull-off later. I must've done something right because I even though I haven't FC'd this yet with my SP path, I got 69th place with the highest 99% on the ranks and 212K, well above SEVERAL other FC's using this path...can't wait to see what score I achieve with this path. |

Btw, for those guys that either can't whammy enough or are lefties, you can merge the 3rd and 4th activations into a 3, and activate immediately.
So the new path would be 2-1-3-2-2-2...but this will get you a lower place. Just figured I'd point it out, for any lefties, or people who can't quite get enough whammy on that 3rd activation (1). I know I can't, but that path got me 91st anyway. _________________

Thanks for the path. The first two times I played this song, when I got to the one where it's a hard-to-get whammy, I hit the note, tried to whammy, whammy bar hit the strum bar. The 3rd time, or the first time I didn't overstrum the whammy, I got the SP. Messed up last SP though, but still got 215618. I'm happy _________________
