Well, I've decided to take an extended break from Guitar Hero. It's been getting to be a chore to keep up with what's expected of me, and my major goal has always been to enjoy myself playing the game. I signed up to leagues hoping they might revitalise the game for me, but Week 1 really didn't have that effect, I found myself doing one run for each song just to get it out of the way, then throwing the guitar aside to do something else. Since I'm not getting much fun out of the game, I'm staying away from it. This break will probably last until 27th April, which is my birthday, so I'll be getting Rock Band 2 at that point. I'm going to switch pretty much full-time to drums except for playing occasional guitar in random bandplay at friend's houses, and sometimes singing too just for the hell of it. :P
I'll still be hanging around Scorehero, though mainly in General Chat and Gaming Discussion. I just won't be playing the game.

Well, I've not bothered with Heart Shaped Box yet, might try that soon. My disk is being annoying and not letting me play Radium Eyes.
I have -7 on Can't You Hear Me Knocking, I'll go for that soon.
I use tilt, I tried to learn to use select but I gave up. I feel cooler tilting anyway. Besides, Lo7 tilts, too.
I just hate having to work out what they say. I end up having to keep the acronym thread open, just so I can check.
What does it say on the Guitar Hero setlist? BatH? No. It says Beast And The Harlot, so thats what I call it.

No one posts in my thread either...
Great job on your 4-star Inst. Now FC it.
Institutionalized is relatively easy to 5-star if you can pass w/o SP, but 4-starring it is also good (for now). _________________

I haven't tried a no-SP run yet, I'll give that a go.
I was just shocked at the sudden improvement. I'd been stuck at 155K for ages (I was averaging 145K), and then suddenly I got a 190K, with crap SP usage. So I gave it another go, this time planning out SP a little, and I got the 209K.
Edit: Obsessed with pi, much? _________________

2.71828182845904523536 (No, I didn't memorize that, I just copied it from Wikipedia.)
Anyways, looking at your scores, I guess Jessica or Madhouse are the easiest to 5-star out of those. Who was in my Room Last Night shouldn't be too hard either.
For Inst, best places to use SP are the chorus, especially the part that goes , and I also use it in (I think) verse 2b. _________________

That's not pi, thats e, isn't it? /maths nerd
Yeah, Jessica should be easy enough, would be easier if it didn't skip early on and go out of sync...
I just need to be more consistant on Who Was In My Room Last Night, I can FC the main riff easily enough, just not all the time... _________________
