For the first two sp activations, use the first one as soon as you get star power. Then once you get to the real easy two and three note parts, use it about half way between the BBB and OOB notes. Star power should run out right before some SP notes. After that, you should to activate SP again during the chords, I don't know what the best place to use it though. I remember once I got to the part when the song changed, I had about 198000 points.

Check out rabies strat on hard. It's almost identical to mine (I change the timing on two parts.) Try to work some squeezes in and you can tie the top score. I missed a single note squeeze on my last run...

I did well with the random path, especially since I missed a note. But I kept looking at my original path which I thought wasn't good cause I really sucked at playing when I tried it. I still have to try it again but................"IF" I counted correctly, going 2-3-4-3-3 is a whooping 0.5 more notes. I could be wrong

2 - start before the 3rd sp chord of sp3, ends right before sp4
3 - just before first B note meas. 31
4 - 3rd BR chord meas. 49
3 - same as random
3 - same as random

maybe top players tried this already and it's no good

Like I said this might be more might be less.....

Technique matters and you might be able to perform other pathes better..

The only problem I have is the 1st activation. If I activate where you marked it in I end up at the RB chord on measure 23.The only way I can get it to end where you marked it in is by activating on the GR chord on measure 15.
