all the other good things took ages to come out like the track pack with trivium and the halo 3 beta

^^ I dont have gh for 360 so I'll be playing the demo on a controller. It isn't as bad as you think, kind of a new challenge. But unfortunately right when the download finished, my roommate decided to come in and go to sleep.

Went home for lunch and played the demo... couldn't wait.

LOVE IT. (of course)
Easier engine it seems, but I suspect the top tier songs will be much tougher.

Yeah, I'm fairly pleased with the demo. The new HOPO system is great, especially in Expert Even Flow. The whammy bar animation on a sustain is kinda weird. I actually like HMWYBS a lot more than I thought I would. Then again, I love chordfests.

The notecharts seem pretty good. There are a few times where you see the custom HOPOs and you have to get used to it. Especially the chords going into a single note. Like GR, Gp, G, G, G...

All in all, the demo does a good job of whetting your appetite for the full version in my humble opinion.
