Is there online pre-registering? If not, I don't think I could drive all the way to New Jersey JUST to register and then go back five days later. _________________

3pm to 6pm on a Wednesday? So I'd have to take a half-day off of work, most likely for the privilege of having my ass handed to me? Meh. Not encouraging.
On the bright side, the SF stop is so late in the tour that I can presumably hear from others about how much the other tour dates rock/suck and decide that week 'bout whether it's worth the effort. At least California has that going for it.... _________________

Interesting. The grand prize is big enough to attract pro-players, but the intermediary prizes aren't. |

I'd rather they stop these Non-Northeast tournaments and started making some damn online tournaments on their site. I guess I wouldn't be complaining though if they came to Baltimore, but still. GuitarHero.com sucks. It needs improvement. _________________

I've never done a tournament and have a couple quick questions.
Is it even worth it to attempt to compete unless you can 100% songs?
It says the top eight scores. Now does this mean total points, or %, or what? _________________

Well, it is a car that they're giving away, so the 16+ only makes half sense. I mean, it could be signed off to a parent or something, but, hey, whatever.
And this isn't national, and they didn't promote. The prize is going to either go to some random kid who just plays for the hell of it, or some extremist who can afford the time off and make it to one of the destinations. Nobody with real skill I bet.
Oh, and I bet the tournament is going to run like crap.
Sooooo not worth it. _________________
