2 - 3rd Y
3 - NN

I don't think it's optimal, but it should suffice

This got me a decent 3rd, but I don't think is optimal.

-3-nn. Don't whammy anything. No squeezing.
-2-nn. Don't whammy the first sp, but whammy the second. No squeezing.

question about the first activation on the above chart... when exactly are you suposed to activate? on the G SP NOTE?

This elusive path can get you 117k. (Note it's -1 sp)

-2-In the 3rd SP phrase, activate close to the end of the Y (It's the same first activation as ChadCasket's above)
-2 (Don't whammy the last 3 notes of the first SP phrase)-Immediately
-2-nn (sq the sustain R)
-2-nn (sq the sustain G)

Note that on the second activation it's possible to sq the Y- of the next SP in. I just hit it late to get maximum tick points.
