Base Score without SP = 221828
first activation SP = about 11600
second = about 5500
Third = about 17000
fourth = about 9500
fifth = about 7800
221828+11600+5500+17000+9500+7800= 273228 possible score
This path could be close to the right track, although I didn't test it or anything. Assuming an FC you'll probably get slightly lower since my activation endings are probably a little long, but you'll easily be getting more than 250K

I didn't miss a whole SP phrase, I accounted for all 13. I'm pretty sure the right path deals with starting with 1 SP phrase (like it does on expert) but I only took a quick 5 minute glance for someone who wanted to break 250K... Neither of ours are optimal.

Tapion,
I think meister is talking about the fact that there are actually 14 SP phrases in the song (you neglected to take measure 143 into account in your path).
Also, though both paths are pretty good (still can't get that single activation though), I think it's worth a couple thou more to break the first activation into a 1-2 as opposed to a 3......i think......i dunno, it's late

yes it is, I made a new path with some very difficult squeezes and got 276964, missing some of them, this might be the best path though
1- NN
2- 2nd RY
2- 2nd GR
1- 1st GR
1- NN or 2nd note, doesn't matter
2- NN
2- 7th YB
2- 3rd G

lol, oops. Mine still seems pretty good then, just add the 2 measures of SP on and it gets you another couple thousand.
I still think my way may be worth more points except splitting up the first activation into 1-2, but I'm too lazy to play it on medium...

Unfortunately I just don't think that's optimal. Debr gives almost 277k for only minimal squeezing, and 279k for optimal. Also, I've tried this path before, done the math, and it just does not come out anywhere close to 279k.
I've been working on this path on and off for the weekend but haven't made any progress. |

I've hit the 20% score +4 ticks. So give me a little while and I'll post my path. I know it has to be on the right track, but I'll have to look again to see where I missed 400 points at, move some activations and stuff.

This should get the 40% score, I just missed one of the chord squeezes. I have no clue how where to get another 300+.
Edit: Sorry the quality kinda sucks, I had to knock it down to keep the full size.

If you can squeeze a half a beat then go for it. Otherwise the activation lasts for 4 measures and 2 beats excactly. Even if that can be hit, there's still 100+ points missing.

Yeah it took me a long time to FC it after getting that squeeze, but I got it at least 10 times(way more actually  ), I don't know where the other points are from though

This is, by a longshot, my least favorite song in GH3. Good I don't have to spend any more time on it (once I do a run that's "good enough"). |
