A couple of changes to Sully's path that got me 1st.

-first activation should start in the same place but will end two notes later if you can squeeze.

-second activation should begin two notes earlier and will end on the YB

-I think the third activation is right.

-fourth activation should start two notes earlier on the BO and you should be able to squeeze the last GY at the end.

-Last activation is good, just activate as late as you can.

For idiots and/or people who can't read note charts:

2 - 3rd YO Chord
2 - 6th YO Chord
2 - 2nd GY Chord
2 - 11th O, Last note in

EDIT: This got me 40th with a late activation, 34th with perfectly activated, and the other path posted here got me up to 11th.

I used the path almost exactly right with no squeezing, and it got me 70th.
