Which browser/version are you (or anyone else with this problem) using?
And are you logging in through the main site login? or through the forums? _________________

I have this exact problem. I use Internet Explorer on Windows 2000.
I've tried both and the same problem persists. _________________

Are you going to the website through your favourites? If you are instead google the website and then log in on the homepage _________________

Sorry about the late replying. To answer your question JCirri, I have Internet Explorer 7 and I've been trying to log in through the main site. |

Seekay, if you check the first page of this topic (3rd post from the top), ViPeR6 posted a link to Microsoft Support, which explains the whole process. What browser are you using, out of curiosity? |

I usually type in the website to get here (I don't use favorites), but that hasn't worked so far. As far as putting scorehero in Google and logging in that way, it still doesn't let me access my scores. |

I was logged in at the Manage Scores page but not the forums, and I couldn't log in even after I cleared my cookies. So I logged out of the Manage Scores page, cleared cookies, and restarted my browser and I could login to both the scores page and forums again. _________________

I have edited the first post in this topic with some steps to help me figure out what's happening. If you could follow those steps and post the results it would be quite useful. Thanks. _________________

Well I checked it before it was working,
Quote: | Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.0.3705; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; Media Center PC 4.0; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.30; Zune 2.0)
session_set: 1
gh_user: JDBar
gh_login: 1
ghf_user:
ghf_login: |
And it looked something like that. (I can't remember if there were any random letters and numbers at the bottom like there is now)
Now it works and says this:
Quote: | Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.0.3705; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; Media Center PC 4.0; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.30; Zune 2.0)
session_set: 1
gh_user: JDBar
gh_login: 1
ghf_user: JDBar
ghf_login: 1

Sorry, I shoulda copied and pasted what it said into Notepad when it before I tried to logout first from the Manage Scores page and log back in.
But yeah I remember the ghf_user and ghf_login values were blank. _________________

Hmm, if "session_set: 1" before logging in then that means you either didn't clear your cookies properly, or that you visited some page on scorehero.com before checking the values. _________________

I followed the steps on the first topic, and it gave me this both times that I went to www.scorehero.cookiecheck.php:
Netscape 5.0 (Windows; en-US)
session_set: 0
gh_user:
gh_login:
ghf_user:
ghf_login:
