Which songs, if any, actually physically hurt you to play?
Number of the Beast absolutely disintegrates both my hands to the point where my eyes are watering by Verse 3.
...and of course Kool Thing causes pain in my ears when I play
Wondering if anyone has the same problem on any other songs. _________________

Only Cliffs of Dover. The main riff stretches the muscles on the left hand quite a bit. |

Number of the beast kills my strumming hand, and knights of cydonia does aswell but not as much. And Before I Forget seems to kill my fretting wrist. _________________

I think The Way it Ends takes the cake for. I love that song so much, it just fires me up for some reason, but it puts a strain on my whole strumming arm. By the time I'm at the begining of the solo I'm pounding the strum bar, not intentionally, just because my arm is so strained and tight. _________________

Freya on Hard used to kill my fret hand during the part in the bridge. Other than that, I don't really feel pain anymore when I play...but then again I'm still playing on hard. I'm sure I'll run into this again when/if I get good enuf for expert. _________________

I hear you on Number of the Beast, that crippled me trying to pass it.
Before I Forget used to always kill me but got used to it now and usually pick it as a tie breaker. Does cause quite a few people to quit though. _________________

The Way It Ends, and Take This Life. TTFAF is pretty harsh on my left hand as well. _________________

six, number of the beast, and knights of cydonia tire my arm out. and i agree with you on the "kool thing = bleeding ears" part. |

Freya, just because it's so repetitive. My fret hand always gets cramped during that annoying bridge. |

The Way it Ends hurts the living hell out of my strumming arm, and the Cult of Personality and TTFAF solos hurt the living hell out of my fingers. |

I think none of the GH2 songs actually hurts my hand anymore. Six would cause minor issues at best.
GH3 on the other hand has a lot of 3-chord songs, many of which have annoying switches. The main riff of Before I Forget is by far the worse. Take This Life and The Number Of The Beast just killed my strumming hand because I'm only decent at alt strumming on really fast sections as in Misirlou or Knights Of Cydonia. I had to downstrum only both of them.
I haven't passed TTFAF yet (and probably won't for quite a while) but I imagine that 7 minutes of intense GH action will leave its marks. _________________

Mainly songs with a lot of 'fast' 3 note chord changes. |
