Yeah, I'm EviLize on there. In order to get safelisted with TDA (Team DOTA), you have to win 25 ladder games, so I was pretty much forced to get good at it. I found that the easiest way to learn is to play Random 2v2. When you get a good teammate, you'll own them, and when you get a teammate that's as good as you, you'll get stomped. But it teaches you how to (and how not to) attack other bases to win, and defend against attacks to prevent losing. Over time you'll just come to recognize strategies, techniques for leveling, base creation, expanding, and how to make a good army.

Aside from ladder games, I play DOTA, Battleships, and some random TDs.

Yeah Wintermauls is fun if you have a high-end comp, otherwise don't even bother.

You are absolutely correct.

I see what you did there!

If we're talking about customs, sure WC3 is better. WC2's map editor sucked. But multiplayer on built-in maps, WC2 is far superior. Not even in the same league to me.

P.S. I have a fairly healthy history in competitive RTS games.

I pretty much only played custom maps on WC3, which is why I found it so much more fun.

I will agree that the maps on TFT do not do it justice at all. The older ones were way better. The 1v1 and 2v2 maps generally suck. The only one I like is Lost Temple. But when you get into 4v4 maps, they pwn. Battlegrounds is possibly one of the greatest things ever concieved by man.

And Panda > all. Which reminds me *goes to switch avatar*.

For Pandaria!

Now, you're endangered!

Shall I put it on your tab?

Best hero ever. Just wish on level 1/2 he was a little bit more powerful.

I'm ashamed to admit I've yet to finish Warcraft 3, and though I own FT, I've never even tried it. Soon.

I used to have it and play it. But if I started to play again now, I am willing to bet I no longer have the uber micro I once did.
