I assume you guys know basically everything there is to know about this game, right?
I was thinking, what if they made a website like Score Hero, except for FFX? It would basically be fighting bosses in the fastest time possible and writing down how long it took to win it. Except it would be while doing the "No Sphere Grid/S/C/O/BB" challenge. You would have to save your progress before every boss fight so you can improve your time at your leisure.
After you complete a boss fight, you would type in on the website:
Time To Complete:
Overkill?
Final Hit Damage:
Character used to hit final blow:
Items Used:
And then there would be a "Character Stats" option.
In "Character Stats", there would be a list of all the playable chatacters and you would have to put in the armors and accessories used on every character during the battle.
This would only be based on boss battles; so you are free to fight as many random encounters as you want in order to get a better item to win the fight. Although, the one with the worst items would be a place ahead if there was a tie in amount of time it took to finish.(if that makes any sense.)
If you think about it, it would be a fun idea. My only doubts would be the fact that not many people are able to get far at all in the challenge i mentioned above.(let alone beat it. I don't think BFA has ever been defeated in a NSG/S/C/O challenge). I added "No Blitzball", because it would be cheap getting all those dark matter and instantly winning. There would be way to many things to add if it was just a regular NSG challenge or a regular game-run.
It would be a great thing to do for die-hard FFX gamers. And it would also motivate people to do better at FFX.(kinda like "score hero")
Basically, the whole concept would be to finish the boss battle in the least amount of time while using the worst armor possible. There would be a seperate section for each boss.
Note: The time taken to win a boss batle would be determined by the game time, as not many people have stopwaches.
Ex: look at time before cut-scene to boss battle, and look at it instantly when you remain control of character after boss battle. That would be your time!
Happy Holidays!

Sounds like an awesome idea, but I would rather do it with FFXII
Also would be very complex to make a website like that...but hey, sky's the limit _________________

FFX is one of my favorite games but I never tried the NSG challenge... I'm playing 12 right now and have just gone over 23 hours of gameplay. _________________

I thought 7 was a little easy except for the mini games at that GameWorks-esque place... Those were hard... _________________

True, but it has one of the best (if not THE best) storylines, and it's the first one the I had gotten all of my characters to 99 and max stats
Basketball Mini-game was insanely hard, think I've made it maybe twice _________________

I'V played all of them. FFVII was the second best.(sephiroth rules all!)
FFVIII was ok
I didn't really like the other ones as i don't really like the old PS1 games.
It is all based on opinion. If i like FFX the most that is my opinion. |

It would be complex, but it would be about the same as it took to make Score Hero, so it would be very possible to make. |

QFT. It's overrated but still the best. I have not played FFXII yet though. _________________

What are you talking about?
I don't post that much. I'm not a mascot like you. |
