Cheers Whiskey. I've been using GP for a LONG time now, so that shouldn't be too tricky. I assume you mean have open strings as my notes? _________________

That is correct. The 0's on the string will look like the Guitar Hero bullets so it should be hard to get confused. It's practically like putting the bullets in place.
I'm working on a tutorial for other GP users or people who want to use it, as Riz suggested. _________________

Yeah... can't say I agree with you. But if the songs are playable, doesn't really matter which program was used. |

As Freetar saves all events with a time in seconds (as floating point, 32-bit I'm guessing) it could potentially be less accurate than the standard MIDI ticks (32bit integer) if the song is long (a couple of hundred seconds might do the trick.)
Unless they use a double (64bit floating-point,) then the song would have to be reeeeally long for it to matter.
Anyhow, MIDI chose integers for a reason, and that's precision (and possibly also cross-platform compatibility, but who cares about such things? ) _________________

REAAALLY long, as in, all 13 minutes or so of The Glass Prison? :P
I'm going with Whiskey's guide. _________________
