Idiot Proof Guide to MAKING Custom Guitar Hero Songs

I have already done a song with feedback, but then i wa<tched this tut and i answer me if doing the carts in midi or not will affect in gameplay, because when i miss a note it doesnt seems to be missed and i thought that maybe with midi charts it will.
Can u tell me if there is any dif and wich of them is better?

is there a trick to seeing if note tails appear or not in game? i put in holds on certain notes but they don't show up. is it a difference between games (i'm using GH3 PC)?

Is this similar for GH3 ? Cos I've done everything perfect I think and added it n all but you clik on it and everything and it loads and then the whole game just shuts down? like theres something wrong with my MIDI file I think - its rather confusing - I can't understand whats going wrong !? The

Ok so wait....i'm workin with tabit and thats cool tabbing it and hearing it and what not but how will like the vocals, bass, and drums be added when u put it into the game and what're the steps to actually putting it on my Gh2 360 game? im just confused as to why i'm tabbing it and going through all these softwares

i hope someone will help me with this big problem
i am using the programs the full program not the trial and i am using tabit (sorry i just want everyone to know what im using so i can get help)
and i make a chart as it says in the tut and when i upload it into ghex it only has 7 notes everytime am i doing something wrong or did i mess something up

Hey guys I'm new here,
1st I would like to say I appreciate everyone who has done amazing jobs here from creating the software, tutorials, to creating charts and songs.You guys go out your way to create this stuff for us and I just want you to know it's gladly appriciated.

i'm using guitar pro for tabbing the GH chart and i know you use the * to cut off the notes for single bullets, but what do you use for guitar pro?
