How do I delete a note in feedback, and how do i make a hopo note in feedback?

1. Place the same note over the one you created.

what xSergeantMINORx is trying to say is that you can't force a note to be a HOPO, but you can make a lot of notes HOPO-able using BPM tricks which are pretty advanced. I'd recommend just sticking with the default chart-making style, personally.
