GHI leagues? Maybe?

So for added variety there should be a GHI league as well, and maybe a mixed league.

Whaddya think?

I know that Javmans standpoint on the idea is that anyone could start gh1 leagues, but that he does not have the time to run both.

I wouldn't mind heading up one of the divisions if you guys are really interested in going with this.

I have no time to run or participate in a GH1 league, but ill donate my spreadsheets, as is, if somebody is going to seriously be starting and running it.

If you guys can drum up significant interest, we can make it 'official' and sync it with the GH2 seasons/etc. Lets see what you can do to drum up interest. I'm sure Jav won't mind using this forum subsection.

I like the idea...would help me get through the game!!!
Although, I personally wouldn't be able to play it at the same time as the GH2 league...to much stuff going on.

And if there is anything I could help with...I could see what I could do.

I think I'd be interested. My copy of GH1 has been sadly collecting dust since I got GH2 (except for the rare occasion when I feel like playing one of its songs). It would give me a reason to go back and work on some of those neglected scores!

Maybe the GH1 leagues could be a league that plays in between seasons of the GH2 leagues? So, after this season of the GH2 leagues, the GH1 leagues would kick in. With all-new people heading it up, it would ensure that the staff wouldn't get tired out, and since the GH1 songs are much less intense than GH2 songs (for the majority of the songs anyways), it wouldn't have to be as intense a league.

While I'm half and half on playing in a GH1 league myself, I'd definitely be game to devote some time/inbox space to commish'in one of the divisions if needed.

Would this GH1 League be broken up like GH2 is??? (A,B,C,etc)

I guess it wouldn't really matter to much...I just suck at playing on Hard/Expert<---LOL But it would help me become a better player...

Just wondering what you all thought.
