problem with midis from guitar pro

so im trying to make my own midis from guitar pro and i can get them into ghex however it just doesnt work and i end up with sustained notes rather than just singular notes. can anyone help?

1. Please fix that pic... It's near impossible to get a good look at it... (a smaller picture showing just a few of the problem bars clearly would work just as well)
2. In Guitar Pro, you can use the "staccato" option to avoid unwanted sustains
3. I answered this in the making midis tutorial about a week ago (it's at the bottom of the page)... Make sure you read through all of the pages there... there is a lot of helpful information available.
