so i'm sure this has been brought up before, but i'm starting to make my own GH songs (which i'll be gladly donating to this community) i've been reading the tutorial and have been stumped to this: i'm doing Chiodos 'Baby You wouldn't last a minute on the creek' i know to prevent the note from holding til the next one(sorry don't know the techincal term)you have to put a *(asterisk) right after the note...my problem is my notes are close together leaving no room for an asterisk.if it's already been brought up, just link me and we can end this topic :P
here's a link to the intro of the song(can't show all my cards:p), in tabit
www.geocities.com/jex02/mytab.zip
and if someone wants, critique what little i've done
oh and thanks in advance
NEW THOUGHT:should i just double the BPM to make room for asterisk? |

This is in the tutorial mate.
If notes are close enough together like:
000000000 they don't need asterisks.
If they're apart at all:
0*0*0*0*0*0
It also works for scales. |

No. If the notes are close together, leaving no room for asterisks, it'll create single notes in GHEx, sustain free. _________________
