What type of DVD disc should I be using?

Thanks, that'll be helpful to me: I make wedding videos and that information is worth more than gold.

However, what I think Nieschizzle wanted to know was does it matter if you use DVD-R or DVD+R type of media.

No.

Some PS2's lasers can be tempremental with one type or the other, but there's no way of knowing without trying one, if your first couple of -'s don't work try switching to + or vice versa. But whatever you use make sure it is in the 1st tier list in that link.
