This is really strange, I've had guitar hero 2 and the X-plorer for about two days now, and I've had GH3 and Les paul for about a month, and for some reason, my Les paul whammy is solid, but the X-plorer's whammy just flops down and faces the floor. |

That's not good... my X-plorer's whammy is solid. You should probably take it back to the store and get them to replace the guitar.
I notice that a lot of guitars used publicly (for show in stores) have "floppy" whammy bars, so it's probably just a fault on RedOctane's behalf. _________________

That's easy enough to fix. Apply a (very) small amount of superglue to the base of the whammy (where the metal meets the plastic. When it dries, twist the whammy to break the superglue's seal, and it should be moveable, but stay in place. If it doesn't stay in place, repeat. |
