How can you fix the offset of notes instead of making the song start right away? I make charts for my friend and he usually gets pissed that there is no offset lol help?

When creating a chart, add 2 seconds of silence to the beginning of the song you're going to chart. Then chart it normally (the first note will be about 2 seconds in). When importing into GHex (or whatever you're using), use the original MP3 without the added time and use a 2000 offset.

use audacity to add the silence

personally I find it much easier to use the ogg from audacity rather than having to offset the mp3 when importing with ghex
