I have the ideas for the BEST scorehero.com get-together in history. I am not allowed to have it at my home but I can help plan it. It would be held in Pittsburgh for a Friday, Saturday, Sunday and a Monday next summer sometime. It would envolve the best players from Guitar Hero and Rock Band plus anyone who asks me or someone else like dho to attend. This is just the idea for the coolest party ever all ages would attend and beer would be allowed. I just need a place large enough so it can fit all of the people and all of the tv's. This is just in the idea stage but I can also add alot more events and such. Thoughts and suggestions please.

If beer is going to be present... an age limit WILL be needed as there are very serious legal issues associated with this.

A big Scorehero get-together, held in an appropriately-sized venue, would require lots of money. Just a warning.

Also, I'm curious as to why the best players don't need permission to attend, but everyone else does.

This sounds tight, but ya about the all ages/beer thing, you're gonna have to have an age limit, or just have no beer.

This would be reallllly cool though, but I'm not sure if I could go all the way from Michigan to Pittsburgh.

I have hosted several parties, and its not about competition. Its about having fun, doing random stupid crap that's really funny, and 10 people singing Pleasure (Pleasure) by Bang Camaro. If you come to my place wanting to show off how you can squeeze a song, and that's it, you're not welcome.

Oh and I forgot to mention, Guitar Hero is usually played only on one tv at my place. Another tv is usually playing other random stuff. At the next Squirrelfest, I plan on bringing out the 3DO and enjoying the really, really crappy games on the system. I can say on the main tv at the last one, SNES, a little NES, some shmups, and other random stuff has been played. I will also be showing off the Atari 2600 porno games at the next Squirrelfest. Of course at about 3 am, when we're all seeing double, and giggle at everything.

Oh, and it does require a lot of money. Even hosting at my own place, each party has costed me/everyone at the party about $250+, either in pizza to be ordered, food to be cooked, beer/alcohol, and other small stuff.

Oh, the whole any age and beer thing is quite illegal.

Just to clarify, Having beer and kids in the same room is not illegal, but if any of them do drink, it would be your ass on the line. The only way you could pull that off is if you take responsibility for making sure that no <21s drink. That would make the party a lot less fun for you.

why not hold it somewhere in the middle of the US? All of us outside states would find it equal to fly in. Plus there's those outside the US which are...AMAZING. So it wont be Ultimate or Best. lol we should have it in the Bermuda Triangle. NO ONE WILL HEAR THE SCREECH OF OUR PLASTIC GUITARS.....A worldwide scorehero event will be THE ULTIMATE. Scorehero is global, so it would have to be worldwide to be THE BEST.
