I'm sweaty and my arm is pretty tired...but it's worth it for a Through the Fire and Flames 5-star bump. _________________

Good to be able to check another FG5* off your list. Have you managed to build more endurance since or do you think it was a fluke? _________________

this ! You realize you've built more endurance when you are able to go through the whole song without dying and just playing half of the notes haha !
Either way, great job ! One step closer to fs 5* ! |

Oh I definitely have a lot more endurance. I can usually get through the main pattern without messing up anywhere, which is no small feat for an 8 minute song. It's the constant fills that hurt your 5-star, so you've got to be able to keep a x4 wherever you can.

Right! Like in Brianstorm I used to not be able to have enough stamina and coordination to get through it and now....oh wait, never mind on that one.
though i started using the "arvain method" of playing the reds with your left hand and got to 75%! urf _________________

Nice work.
Still can't get Move It On Over or Ravenous 5-star yet either (and of course FotS but lulz)..though I'll admit I haven't tried very hard. XD _________________

wOOt Pretty nice, it always feels good to get rid of tough 5* ! So I guess CW will happen soon now. You don't need to hit any of the fills for that, so what I'd do is focus on fc'ing almost up to the first fast fill. Even if you have to stop playing during the fills (as long as you don't fail), that'll give you 1-2 seconds to start another looooooooooong part of boring/fast chart.
Activate with full SP in the slow triplet part, that'll help you a lot
As for FotS... the good point is that you don't need to fc any blast to get 5*, but surviving through them all = wasted SP (you can pass without playing pedals, but you better not miss a single GR note and you'd still have to activate to avoid slowly failing)... If you can hit the pedals in the choruses, save SP for that. Otherwise, just activate during verses, they're less intense.
Good luck, I'm pretty sure you'll get this full game 5*, along with 40 fcs ! Did you choke on Cryin' btw ? cause I did...and it was annoying !!! |

Ravenous was retarded for whatever reason - might want to save your activation for verses and/or breakdown because the chorus is just weird enough that I was messing it up a lot.
For Move It On Over I just kind of zoned out and played the yellows as 8ths and watched the bass pedal. Jumped like 75,000 in one run.

Thanks for advice, I will keep trying. ^5 CW I had 4.9 stars the first time so I just have to be good and warmed up first and I will get it.
And yes, to Cryin' choke...>_>, but I didn't mind playing it again cuz it reminded me of MTV back when I was a teenager watching their videos every couple hours. _________________

Ah, excellent, so I'm following the WarlordTm FGFC path. Shouldn't be long now then.
